Anyone know of a good gap setting for a barley crusher,

I have a Crankenstein 2D two roller mill. I have the gap set to .035" and get a lot of flour and I'm having a lot of stuck sparges even when using 100% barley malt. Next time I'm going to run my grist through twice at .050" and see how it looks and works.
